Crynodeb
C2 (Hull) has been in partnership with our client for the last 18 years and we now are looking to recruit the right person to join our night staff, providing support around our client's buildings in Hull. You will be working on a rolling rota four nights on and four nights off to provide cover 365 days a year, including bank and public holidays as necessary. Wage exceeds NLW and you receive double pay for any public holidays worked and 19 days paid holidays.
We are looking for someone with a mature outlook, who can think outside the box, remains calm in adversity and who is customer focused. Full training will be given.
Working alongside our client you will be responsible for: -
The health, safety, welfare and safeguarding of the service users.
Reporting maintenance issues with the client's buildings.
Liaising with the Emergency Services
Liaising with other Social Care and Mental Health Services as necessary.
Carrying out user servicing on various equipment.
Being the first point of call for the clients during the night.
Accurate record keeping.
The successful candidate: -
Must hold a Full UK Category B Driving Licence.
Must be willing to undertake an Enhance DBS disclosure
Must have the right to work in the UK
Be able to work unsupervised
Be honest and trustworthy
Have good decision-making skills
Have good customer service skills.
Have good problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Excel and Word would be beneficial.
