Summary
Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join a successful and growing construction business.
Experience Required:
• Must be a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor with previous experience in the construction industry.
The Role:
• Managing all costs in a construction project, from initial feasibility studies to final completion.
• Preparing cost estimates
• Creating and managing budgets
• Negotiating contracts and ensuring the project stays within budget
• Liaising with clients, architects, engineers and contractors
• All other tasks as required
Monday to Friday role
Salary: From £52,000 pa (upwards) negotiable depending on skills and experience
