About the Role
We are seeking an organised, detail-focused Admin Officer to support a large multi-site account within a busy Facilities Management environment. This role requires exceptional accuracy, strong financial administration skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards. You will provide essential administrative and financial support to ensure efficient daily operations across the account.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll data for staff across multiple sites.
- Operate and manage UKG Pro, Drive, E-prophIT, SAP and other Sodexo finance systems.
- Complete daily cash reconciliations and support the Finance Manager with financial duties.
- Ensure all orders, invoices and credits are processed accurately and on time.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to the Account Manager.
- Maintain organised documentation, records and files.
- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence for clients.
- Deliver high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Attend briefings and training sessions, sharing knowledge with the team.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in daily tasks.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and remain adaptable to changing priorities.
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong numerical aptitude and confidence working with data.
- Experience in reporting and analysis is an advantage.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
- Strong communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Professional, confidential and able to handle sensitive information.
- Positive, adaptable, solution-focused attitude.
- Interest in technology and systems, with a willingness to learn.
