We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our collaborative academy, which is dedicated to developing our great team, centred around humility and respect.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Beer C of E Primary School, part of St Christopher's Multi Academy Trust. As part of your role you will be working as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant.
Beer C of E Primary School is led by a very passionate Head Teacher and aims to actively encourage the curious nature of its pupils. The school was built in 1978 and has grown to support its 90 pupils, on a beautiful site, benefiting from exceptional sea views. The pupils are exceptionally well behaved, and the school’s values of love, joy, courage and kindness are embraced by both staff and pupils alike.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a calm and patient demeanour, who is committed to helping young people achieve their full potential. You will have had previous experience in working with children in a similar setting and be able to effectively communicate with adults and children alike. If you are patient, friendly and nurturing and have a sound KS1/LKS2 pedagogy then we’d love to hear from you!
