Crynodeb
Our Motor Trade Client is a large Independent Accident Repair Centre based in Swansea and they require an experienced MET Technician / Fitter to join their busy team of bodyshop productives.
Benefits:
- Starting basic salary up to £18 per hour, pending experience and current earnings.
- Overtime, subject to availability, paid at time and a half rate.
- 20 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays.
- Full in-house training provided.
- Fantastic long-term career development prospects with a long-established accident repair group based in the South Wales region.
- Working hours from 8:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, with summer hours 1 hour earlier.
Typical duties:
- Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining vehicles in line with our Client’s high standards
- Familiarity with the skills, knowledge and techniques required to be successful in the role.
- To identify additional repair work and liaise with the bodyshop advisor
- Communicating effectively with other team members
- Carry out quality controls
Requirements:
- Recognised Qualification within MET/Vehicle Body Repair.
- Confidence at working under pressure, and to strict deadlines.
- Experience as a MET Technician within an accident repair centre is ideal.
For your hard work as a MET Technician / Fitter for our client you will be paid up to £18.00 per hour.
