The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated with the ability to bring good energy to the business, have a positive "can do" attitude and keenness to work and progress within a fast-paced environment. To apply although previous sales experience is preferred, it is not essential if you have the right attitude and personality. Essentially, we are looking for someone with excellent people and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the completion of quotes in a professional manner to ensure matter conversion.
- Often being the first point of contact for the firm for perspective clients.
- Liaising and updating Agents under the supervision of the Partners.
- Participate in Business development activities as requested, including but not limited to, visiting agents, attending networking events, organising agent events.

Candidate Attributes:
- Self motivated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Computer literate.

Hours: Full time - Monday - Friday

Salary: £25,000 basic salary + achievable OTE of £40k + Pension + Subsidised Parking + Gym Membership + Free Fruit & Pizza Friday’s + Employee Recognition Awards + Time off for your Birthday
