CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services company. You’ll be working across a prestigious portfolio of commercial buildings in Victoria, all within a 2-minute walk from the station - making your commute simple and stress-free!
In return, my client is offering:
- A basic salary of up to £47,500
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM
- 1 in 4 call out
- Season ticket loan
- Private healthcare
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance across building systems
- Pumps, motors, valves, pipework, and HVAC systems maintenance
- Water systems: flushing, temperature checks, and log management
- Fire damper checks and basic AHU/FCU servicing
- BMS monitoring (hot & cold)
- Plumbing tasks — unblocking toilets, replacing taps, etc.
- Maintain and update logbooks
- Control of sub-contractors and permit to work systems
- Attending client meetings and ensuring top-level customer service
Requirements:
- Mechanically qualified – Level 3 or equivalent
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled with basic electrical awareness desirable
- Good communication skills and client-facing approach
- Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
