Ideal position for a Care Assistant looking to work some additional hours whilst having availibility on weekday afternoons
We are looking for enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to join a Nottingham care home situated in the NG16 area, to support residents suffering with dementia and Alzheimer’s.
In this role, the individual’s wellbeing is the top priority, and as you get to know them, you will be able to effectively aid them in mobility and nutrition, to name a few.
No two days as a Healthcare Assistant are the same, and additional responsibilities could include: -
carrying out domestic tasks,
reporting condition updates and following health and safety guidelines.

If you wish to be considered for this rewarding role you must have the following: -
• You must have proven experience within a similar care environment
• Have a checkable work history
• Have up to date mandatory training documents, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training, with an added fee
• Have an in date enhanced DBS check, if your DBS have expired, we can offer the facility to arrange a new one for you.
We are unable to offer support for VISA applicants.
This is an ongoing opportunity.
Your typical hours of working are Monday to Friday starting at 16.00 and finishing at 22.00
You will be paid an hourly rate of £12.55 plus up to 28 days accrued holiday pay.
