What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above).
- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager, with a track record of achieving good and outstanding Ofsted ratings.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower a team.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- A genuine passion for creating inspiring learning opportunities for young children.

Key Responsibilities
