Nursery Manager – Salary: £40,000

As Nursery Manager, you’ll guide a passionate team, shape outstanding early years experiences, and make a meaningful difference every single day. What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above).
  • Proven experience as a Nursery Manager, with a track record of achieving good and outstanding Ofsted ratings.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
  • Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower a team.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • A genuine passion for creating inspiring learning opportunities for young children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily running of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
  • Lead, mentor and support staff, embedding best practice across the team.
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, compliance and quality assurance.
  • Build positive relationships with families, ensuring excellent communication and partnership.
  • Manage budgets, resources and staffing in line with organisational expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement to secure outstanding outcomes for children.
