• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories.
• Support the design and implementation of IT solutions that align with business goals.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements or system enhancements.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers throughout the SDLC.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather input and share findings.
• Conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT) where required.
• Produce and maintain documentation including process maps, reports, and manuals.
• Provide post-implementation support and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience (minimum 2–5 years) as a Business Analyst in IT or software projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and Visio.
Desirable:
• Experience working with APIs, databases, or system integrations.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Professional certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) or equivalent.
Personal Attributes
• Detail-oriented and highly organised.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer
• Competitive salary and benefits package.
• Opportunities for professional growth and training.
• A supportive and innovative working environment.
