Hours: - Monday 29 th Dec - 08.00 - 18.00, Wednesday 31 st Dec - 08.00 - 16.00 and Friday 2 nd Jan - 08.00 - 18.00
Our client with over 40 years' experience in selling and servicing smart vehicles, pride themselves on being experts on the iconic brand, are looking for a Showroom Host to greet and provide an excellent Customer Service to their customers who are browsing the Showroom in Poole.
A day in the life of a Receptionist:
• To greet visitors, offer refreshments (where appropriate) and advise relevant staff of their arrival.
• Take customers to the service/parts department, locating sales executives.
• Take customers details and hand out brochures when required.
• To build an understanding and knowledge of the full range of our clients smart passenger cars, products, and services
• To maintain the customer environment to an immaculate standard, reporting any maintenance issues to your line manager
• To assist with promotions and events as required by the Marketing Department
• To support the sales team and build good relations with fellow team members.
• All walk-in sales enquiries to be loaded on to the dealer management system.
• Cleaning
• Sanitise customer waiting area tables / screens after each customer.
• Clean and sanitise all surfaces in the refreshment area hourly.
• Clean and sanitise the washrooms hourly.
Skills needed for the Receptionist:
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for customer satisfaction
• Experience Required
• Previous experience in a customer facing retail environment.
