Our mission is to help people to live full and aspiring lives. Each year, we support over 300 people across various residential and support living services in Surrey, West Sussex and Brighton & Hove.

This is a great opportunity to be involved in providing a better quality of life to those we support. This service is a brand new and supports 16 individuals, working with various complex needs, autism and learning disabilities. The service consists of a block of flats, providing independent living for people that need support, and 2 townhouses ensuring a safe environment for all.
Support may include: personal care, positive encouragement, emotional support, working with challenging behaviours, social/ mental health support and help in the community.
