What You’ll Need

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN
  • Post-qualification nursing experience
  • Experience working within a nursing home setting
  • Confident in leading a night shift and making autonomous clinical decisions
  • We cannot accept newly qualified nurses for this role

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and deliver clinical care during the night, ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable and well-supported.
  • Complete assessments, care plans and medication rounds with accuracy and confidence.
  • Respond to changing needs and escalate when required, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide hands-on support to the care team, mentoring and guiding where needed.
  • Maintain clear communication with families and daytime teams for continuity of care.
