An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Bradgate Education Partnership at Ratby Primary School as a Learning Support Assistant (26.25 hours per week) and Midday Supervisor (2.5 hours per week). This is a fixed-term role until 23rd August 2026, working Monday to Friday. The Learning Support Assistant will be based in KS2, working closely with the class teacher to support teaching and learning within the classroom. Responsibilities include assisting pupils during lessons, leading small intervention groups, and providing 1:1 support where needed. We are seeking an individual with a genuine passion and commitment to meeting the needs of our children. This is a rewarding role that offers the chance to gain valuable classroom experience and work within an experienced, supportive team. The ideal candidate will: • Have an NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in Teaching and Learning • Have experience of working in a classroom environment • Have good literacy and numeracy skills • Have excellent communication skills
