Senior Residential Keyworker
Salary PS6 £30,649 - £32,870 FTE (£16.32 - £17.50 per hour) plus benefits, plus £45pw sleeping-in allowance
39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 INSETs)
23 hours per week with potential to increaseWe are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and caring team member who has good initiative and is organised and practical. We can offer you a rewarding and challenging position within our skilled, diverse and collaborative residential provision. An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is desirable and/or a commitment to undertake training and professional development. A driving licence is also desirable. Main responsibilities include supporting the leadership of the residential provision, undertaking regular staff supervision, leading the evening shift and undertaking duties to support the development and running of the provision. You will keywork a small number of students and lead small group activities, on and offsite, including development of life skills. Hours will be a mutually agreed set shift pattern of 23 hours per week including one or two evenings (Monday to Thursday) plus one sleep-in per week (for an additional £45).
