Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities):
Manage and coordinate change requests, release schedules, and deployment activities across multiple environments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in line with established change-control processes.
Support impact assessments, risk evaluation, and post-implementation reviews.
Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to reduce delivery risks and avoid service disruption.
Monitor release progress, produce status reports, and contribute to planning activities related to change and release management.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]
Solid understanding of ITIL-aligned change and release management processes and associated tooling.
Strong organisational and communication capabilities to support multi-stakeholder coordination.
Experience operating within structured, governance-led delivery environments.
Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritise effectively, and engage with hybrid or distributed teams.
Knowledge of Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) or similar enterprise platforms.
Exposure to governance, compliance frameworks, or public-sector service standards.
