Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service and creating exceptional moments for our guests across Lock84, the bar, lounge, and meeting spaces.


Responsibilities

Guest Engagement

As the face of our hotel, you will greet guests with a warm, genuine welcome and confidently promote our brand and exceptional service standards. You will anticipate guest needs and take pride in exceeding expectations, ensuring every experience in our bar, restaurant, and meeting areas is memorable.

Collaboration

Working closely with the kitchen, reception, reservations, and wider hotel teams, you will help ensure seamless and efficient guest journeys. Your teamwork and communication will support a positive, harmonious working environment where everyone strives for excellence.

Compliance

You will understand and uphold all legal requirements and hotel policies relating to food safety, hygiene, and allergens. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards, ensuring safe practices that protect both guests and colleagues while catering to a variety of dietary needs.


Requirements



A positive, “can-do” attitude


A passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly, approachable manner


Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays


Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
