We are looking for a Contracts Support Co-ordinator to support and coordinate the RUK Contract Managers Team and occasionally GUK.
You must be highly organised, able to prioritise and deal with high pressured situations. You will be resilient, and solutions
orientated and have excellent written skills and attention to detail and demonstrable experience of working efficiently within
tight time parameters as this is key to being successful in this role. Our expectation is that you will enjoy working with people
and have an assertive professional disposition to support the Contract Managers in all day-to-day administration and general
contract management. You will be working closely with the Control Centre Helpdesk, and you will be expected to work part of your
day within this setting to resolve daily work scheduling issues.




Your duties will include:

* Co-ordinate holiday, absence and rotas for contracts across RUK
* Application of the recruitment cycle – Shortlisting and telephone interviews
* Signing off timesheets and invoices
* Updating expense sheets
* Ordering uniforms and stocks
* Manage queries from clients and employees and follow through to completion in a reasonable time.
* Arranging training and monitoring attendance
* Proof reading newsletters
* Collating photos and content for social media posts
* Running weekly and monthly reports
* Providing reception relief site cover




Must have skills, knowledge and experience

* A good understanding of Microsoft Office and in particular Excel
* Good interpersonal skills – able to communicate at all levels (written and oral)
* Flexible and able to adapt to changing environments and challenges.
* Manage conflict effectively to a positive outcome.
* Valid driving licence and access to vehicle that can be used for business use (mileage expense paid for business travel)
