Deputy Customer Experience Manager

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Deputy Customer Experience Manager to support the Customer Experience Manager in leading our Front of House team. You’ll help ensure our audiences feel welcomed, safe, and valued from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

The ideal candidate will have experience of leading customer facing teams, with experience in food and beverage, catering or hospitality management and delivery, with the ability to embed high standards while developing new business opportunities. This is an ideal position if you are looking for a new challenge in a busy, dynamic, and historic venue.

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same—perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves motivating a team to deliver exceptional service.

The New Theatre Oxford is the main commercial theatre in Oxford and has a capacity of nearly 1,800 people. There has been a theatre on the corner of George Street for almost 170 years. The first theatre built in 1836 was known commonly as the 'Vic', and later as the 'Theatre Royale' and has previously been the home of Oxford University Dramatic Society. The theatre was damaged by fire in 1892 and enlarged in 1908, and the present building dates from 1933, opening in 1934. Our venue hosts touring productions ranging from musicals, comedians, music events and we host private conferences.

ATG Entertainment is proud to stand at the forefront of the live entertainment industry.

People are at the heart of our success. We are passionate about bringing great live experiences to the widest possible audience; about giving the world’s best creative talent the stage it deserves; and about providing our people and partners with opportunities to realise their full potential.
