With fast service and authentic taste, we bring the excitement of traditional Chinese street food to customers across the UK.
As we continue expanding in London, we are looking for a Sales Executive to drive franchise and investment growth for the brand.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in developing Wei’s Malatang’s franchise network in London. You will identify potential franchisees and investors, present our business model, and guide new partners through the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and engage potential franchisees and investors across the London region.
• Present Wei’s Malatang’s franchise model, business opportunities, and investment returns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing partners.
• Support new franchisees through the onboarding and setup process.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support expansion strategies.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to deliver franchise growth targets.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or franchise sales (F&B experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and close deals with a diverse range of clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Understanding of the UK/European food & beverage or franchise market is an advantage.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin/Chinese is mandatory.
