Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) looking for flexible work in Plymouth? We are recruiting experienced nurses to support a facility providing care for adults with complex mental health conditions, personality disorders, and forensic histories within secure and rehabilitation settings.
About the Role:
As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be working in a specialist recovery-focused environment, supporting individuals with complex needs, including those requiring low and medium secure care. Your role will involve delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes safety, well-being, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health needs
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to implement recovery-focused care plans
• Support patients in achieving personal goals and independence
• Administer medication and monitor patient progress
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment in line with safeguarding and risk management protocols
Requirements:
• NMC registration as an RMN or RNLD
• Experience in secure mental health, forensic, or rehabilitation settings
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Strong communication and risk management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid PMVA training (if training not held, can be provided)
• Valid ILS training (if training not held, can be provided)
• Right to work in the UK, without the need for sp0ns0rship
