About the role
We are looking for Female Support Workers who are kind, patient and genuinely passionate about helping others. At Right at Home, we support people in their own homes to live safely, comfortably and as independently as possible. If you are someone who enjoys making a real difference, this could be the role for you.

We welcome applications from those with or without care experience. Full in house and online training is provided, along with ongoing support to help you grow in confidence and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Providing personal care including washing, dressing and maintaining dignity at all times
• Assisting with mobility and safely using moving and handling equipment
• Preparing meals or supporting clients with eating and drinking
• Prompting or administering medication
• Offering companionship and emotional reassurance
• Supporting with light household tasks, shopping and local errands
• Communicating clearly with clients, families and colleagues to ensure consistent, high quality care

• Premium hourly rate of £14.65 per hour plus 40p per mile
