We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Workplace Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day delivery of workplace operations. This role is key to ensuring a safe, efficient, and world-class workplace experience for end users, while championing company standards and innovations.

Job Description

As a Workplace Coordinator, you will take ownership of the smooth operation of the workplace, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. You will act as an ambassador for ISS initiatives, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and deliver exceptional service across all workplace functions. This role requires excellent communication, organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to create memorable experiences for end users.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a five-star workplace experience in line with ISS standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, technical, and sustainability requirements.
Respond effectively to end-user and client requests, exceeding expectations.
Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with SOPs.
Implement and oversee catering and cleaning provisions on site.
Support the Workplace Manager and provide cover when required.
Promote ISS initiatives and incentives to enhance workplace engagement.
Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure a “One Team” approach.
Drive continuous improvement and champion workplace innovation.
Ensure high visibility and engagement within the workplace environment.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Strong customer focus with experience in a customer-facing environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of organisational ability and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and respond decisively in challenging situations.
Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Understanding of health and safety principles
Motivated, flexible, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
