Crynodeb
As a Service Engineer, your main focus will be planned maintenance of security and nurse call installations, ensuring systems stay fully operational and compliant. You will also:
• Carry out installations on new projects or system upgrades
• Diagnose and resolve system faults, both remotely and on-site
• Provide technical support and advice to clients and colleagues
• Keep accurate and detailed service records and update work orders in our management system
Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine inspections, testing and preventive maintenanceP
• Install, commission and configure CCTV, door-entry and nurse call equipment
• Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and system failures
• Collaborate with our office team to schedule service visits and report
on job status
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience with CCTV, access control and nurse call systems
• Basic understanding of fire alarm systems (desirable, as we are
looking to enter the fire alarm industry; training will be provided
where necessary)
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Customer-focused attitude with clear communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North West
and beyond.
• Relevant technical qualifications (electrical, electronic, security systems)
