JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 4.30pm (30-minute lunch break)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent customer service
• Experience working skilled or semi-skilled construction environment.
• Work well under pressure and be able to prioritise changing demands.
• Knowledge of tachograph rules and regulations (desirable but not essential)
• Physically fit
• Full UK driving license.
• Towing trailers (not essential training will be provided)
• Work well in a team with a can-do attitude.
• Have a general knowledge of maintenance and problem solving.
JOB OVERVIEW
• Delivery, and collection of kitchen and bathroom products, carried out right first time, in a timely manner.
• Construction, and decommission of modular products, carried out right first time, in a timely manner.
• Carry out general maintenance and repairs on product set whilst at the customers property.
• Act as an ambassador for the business at all times when driving a company vehicle and wearing company uniform.
• Provide a first-class service in order to promote the business across social media and back to the insurance network.
• Follow processes and procedures as outlined by the business:
• Highway code and tachograph rules
• Data protection, social media and internet usage
• Install guidelines, using the software provided.
• Follow H&S procedures highlighting potential issues swiftly.
• Communicate any product issues in a timely manner to the relevant departments.
• Look for opportunities to improve the product, quality, efficiency through your role.
• Weekend on call.
• Willingness to stay overnight if required.
