Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + 10.28% shift uplift
Hours: 7 days on / 7 days off | 7am – 5pm

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience managing large teams in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine shop operations
Ability to read technical drawings and interpret performance data
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems advantageous
