About the Role
As Head of Commercial Finance, you will lead a team of nine Finance Business Partners, acting as the key interface between financial insights and operational decision-making. Your mission will be to deliver actionable insights, challenge constructively, and partner with senior leaders to drive profit improvement and transformational growth.

Key Responsibilities
Create and deliver a vision for Finance Business Partnering focused on profit improvement and growth.
Act as a strategic partner between finance and operations, influencing senior stakeholders.
Provide clear, data-driven insights to support decision-making at Executive and SLT level.
Drive implementation of strategic initiatives through effective governance and communication.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Finance Business Partners.
Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with FP&A.
Promote financial literacy across non-finance stakeholders through coaching and training.
Champion our ETHOS valuesin all aspects of leadership and decision-making.
About You
Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
810 years of progressive finance experience, including 35 years in a leadership role within a multi-site or group environment.
Experience in business partnering, strategic planning, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
