As we grow, we’re looking for a PPC Specialist who’s analytical, creative, and ready to take ownership of our paid campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and more.

The Role:
You’ll lead the optimisation and growth of our paid media campaigns, using data, logic, and a bit of experimentation to make every penny of ad spend count.
You’ll dig into performance metrics, spot patterns, and work closely with our marketing and eCommerce teams to bring ideas to life.
This isn’t a routine, checkbox kind of role, it’s for thinkers. We’re not after someone who just pushes buttons. We’re looking for someone who thinks, tests, and challenges ideas.
You’ll have the freedom to experiment and make real impact in a fast-moving, supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and other channels.
• Analysing performance data and identifying trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Running A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion, and ROI.
• Conducting keyword and audience research to expand reach.
• Building reports and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Collaborating with other teams to align campaigns with wider business goals.
• Testing new platforms, strategies, and creative ideas.

• Experience in eCommerce or retail marketing.
