We are expanding our solar campaign and are looking for experienced door-to-door lead generators who know how to engage homeowners confidently and professionally.
Role Responsibilities
Door-to-door engagement with homeowners regarding solar panels and renewable energy solutions
Qualifying interest and generating high-quality leads
Clearly explaining the benefits of solar installation (no selling – lead generation only)
Using our lead submission system to record customer details accurately
Representing the company in a professional, friendly manner
Requirements
Previous door-to-door or face-to-face sales/lead generation experience (essential)
Strong communication and people skills
Confidence approaching homeowners
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and hit daily/weekly lead targets
