With pay ranging between £100 - £120 per day/£450-£600 Per week dependent upon experience and subject expertise, this is an excellent opportunity to both develop your skills and earn money.
We are working with a number of clients across Reading in Primary, Secondary, Further Education and SEND settings that are seeking to recruit specialist Curriculum Tutors to support classes and intervention groups in both core and other subject areas.
Duties will involve:
- Planning and delivering and/or supporting lessons to classes and groups of students in specialist curriculum area
- Preparing quality resources to support teaching and learning
- Adapting teaching so as to meet the needs of individuals
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A degree gained in the past 2 years, in either a subject taught in schools or with elements relatable to a curriculum subject
- A passion for your subject area and the ability to instil and develop this in your students
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work and be ability to manage the unpredictability of the role
- To be creative, relatable, and able to form purposeful, appropriate and supportive partnerships with colleagues and students
Additional requirements:
- References confirming suitability to role - one must be education-based
- Enhance DBS certificate registered on the update service or the willingness to apply
- Eligibility to work in the UK
