Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

A welcoming and progressive secondary school in Long Eaton is seeking a motivated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated support team. Known for its inclusive ethos and strong community feel, the school is committed to ensuring every young person receives the right interventions to succeed.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a genuine impact on students' learning and is confident supporting across a variety of subjects. You will be actively involved in planning, preparing and delivering targeted interventions, helping learners overcome challenges and build confidence.

The position begins with a one-week trial placement, followed by a 10-week temporary period. Upon successful completion, the school will offer a permanent contract.
