Area Building Surveyor needed in Honiton, £17.59ph PAYE - Reference: 5285155
This is a temp contract for 12 months to help clear a backlog of cases slightly more complex in nature.
Surveying requirements may include:
- Escalated complaints,
- Disrepair
- Complex Repairs
- Compiling accurate and informative maintenance reports for escalated complaints.
- Repair cases that may involve issues slightly more complex in nature.
- Cases that have elements of structural requirements
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
