Job Opportunity Working in the People team at WithYou brings something new every day - we are: There to listen and support Ready to help our managers find solutions On hand to provide expert advice Always thinking about how we can provide the best employee experience Our People team is recruiting for a People Transfer and Transition Manager, to design and lead effective people plans for the transfer and implementation of new business and contract retention, using best practice and innovation. This is a full time and permanent home-based role, with some travel required and a salary of circa £50,000 per annum. The postholder will lead the transformation of our workforce to deliver our contractual service delivery commitments and vision. This will include responsibility for informing people related decisions, risks and mitigation, ensuring the practical and lawful application of TUPE and designing strategies for mitigating people impacts related to new business and contract retention. You will also be required to support the growth of existing services where additional investment in delivery results in an increased workforce. As our People Transfer and Transition Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Leadership of TUPE and people decisions in collaboration with multiple stakeholders - including commissioners; outgoing/ incoming providers; external partners and subcontractors; our new business and contract retention team and Operations and People teams Devising strategies to mitigate people impacts related to new business and contract retentions and design suitable people transfer approaches Analysing and interpreting employee terms and conditions via HR due diligence Developing specific proposals for solutions for selected key issues in the HR environment - including job matching, culture change and workforce development Ensuring that the result of a bid submission is clearly communicated and handed over to the relevant person Essential Skills We'd love to see applications from candidates with: Chartered membership of the CIPD or significant demonstrable experience Experience of delivering end to end TUPE processes Credible HR people processes and change management experience The ability to influence and consult with a wide range of stakeholders Excellent attention to detail and the ability to carrying out multiple tasks/projects DE&I As an organisation, we continue to build an inclusive culture that encourages, supports and celebrates the diverse voices and experiences of our staff.
