You will work in collaboration with colleagues from health, education, social care teams, youth offending and the voluntary sector and this could include joint assessments with other professionals. This post requires a core profession of: Nurse, Social Worker, Health Visitor or Occupational Therapist. These roles will be based in Suffolk in our East and Central Localities you will be the named Primary Mental Health Worker for a group of schools within your locality.
