Crynodeb
Deliver effective cardiac arrest prevention training programs across the organisation. Assist the Lead Nurse with duties that will enable the effective running of the cardiac arrest prevention service. Contribute to the development of projects and strategy by leading on an identified aspect of cardiac arrest prevention or resuscitation practice. Identify and proactively manage cardiac arrest prevention related risk Act as an expert resource for cardiac arrest prevention and resuscitation related issues and actively participate in the management of cardiac arrest and medical emergencies review any unexpected deaths within the organisation in order to identify any learning opportunities and identify any potential patient safety concerns. Following these reviews the post holder will provide any neccessary support to the relevant care groups
