Support Worker Based in Wickford, Basildon and Billericay.
You will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with daily living activities, ensuring they can enjoy life at home comfortably. Your contributions will directly impact the well-being of our clients, aligning with Together Care's commitment to compassionate and respectful service.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and light housekeeping.
Support clients with mobility and physical assistance as needed.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes to the management team.
Foster a positive and respectful environment for clients, promoting their independence.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
Engage clients in social activities to enhance their quality of life.
Adhere to health and safety regulations while providing care.
Qualifications
Experience in assisted living or home care settings is not essential as all training is provided.
Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
First aid certification is preferred but not mandatory.
A valid driver's license is required and use of a vehicle.
Able to perform light lifting as needed for client support.
