Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is seeking Production Operatives for a seasonal assignment starting 12th January until 9th March, with the opportunity to secure long-term or permanent work based on performance.
Job Details:
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:30 - 14:00
• Overtime: Available
• Benefits: Weekly attendance bonus
• Contract: Opportunity to secure a permanent position after the season
• Must have your own transport or live locally, as public transport is not available for the required shift times
Key Responsibilities:
• Packing
• Labelling
• Quality checking labels, seals, and product contents
• Meeting production targets
What We're Looking For:
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Comfortable standing for the duration of your shift
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not essential
