Summary

Apprenticeship Workplace Supervisor (Construction)

14.8 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

£27,151 - £28,976 FTE (actual £10,860 - £11,590) per annum

Fixed term to 31 March 2026



At City College Norwich we have seen an influx in demand for Higher Apprentices in the Construction field.

To help support and prepare these apprentices for industry we are looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Workplace Supervisor to conduct progress reviews with the apprentice and employer and mentors, enabling a bridge between their academic studies and their work place experiences.

The successful candidate will have a case load of apprentices, to regularly meet with to review and track their progress, support with logging off the job hours and building a portfolio of evidence, as they work towards completing the apprenticeship, support them through Gateway and EPA.

The role would be the equivalent to one a day a week to be worked flexibly throughout the week (Monday-Friday).
