We are currently recruiting for a Trade Sales Manager to join our client’s automotive parts store in Brentwood.
Our client is offering the successful Trade Sales Manager up to 38,000 OTE.
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of up to £38,000 with potential for progression
- Monday to Friday working pattern with standard hours of 8:00am to 5:30pm
- Occasional weekends required for automotive events and car shows
- Working within a prestigious industry, specialising in automotive aftermarket products

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
- Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
- Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
- Representing the company at industry events and shows
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar trade sale or B2B sales role within the automotive industry
- Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
- Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
- Experience working in the automotive aftermarket sector is highly desirable
