Summary
Location: Essex
Shifts: 12-hour shifts, days & nights, 4-on / 4-off rotation
Pay: Competitive rates + overtime available
We at Supreme Force Ltd. are recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives with B1 and B2 forklift qualifications. Candidates with strong B2 experience in an air freight environment, particularly handling PMC/ULD pallets, will be prioritised.

Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate B1 and B2 forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Build, break, wrap and secure PMC/ULD cargo pallets to aviation standards
• Load/unload trailers, airline vehicles, and air-freight units
• Handle cargo accurately and efficiently under time pressure
• Use scanners/systems for stock control and freight tracking
• Follow aviation safety, warehouse SOPs, and HSE regulations at all times
• Support wider warehouse duties including sorting and palletising
• Work as part of a professional, safety-driven team

What We’re Looking For
• Valid B1 and B2 forklift licences (required)
• Strong B2 / heavy forklift experience (essential)
• Air freight or airport cargo experience (preferred)
• Experience with PMC/ULD building and breakdown (very desirable)
• Good physical fitness and ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and safety focused
• Eligible to work in the UK

• Known Consignor / DfT compliance training
• Aviation security awareness
• Working at major cargo hubs (LHR, LGW, STN, EMA)
