Electrical Shift Lead - Central London
Lead a technical team at a key static site in Central London.
Role: Electrical Shift Lead
Salary: £57,000 - £60,000 + overtime
Shift: Continental shift pattern
Location: Central London (Static)
Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Mentor: Lead shift activities and provide hands-on leadership to your shift partner.

Maintenance Delivery: Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs to the highest standard.

Site Criticality: Champion Health & Safety protocols and ensure strict site compliance.

Technical Problem Solving: Manage electrical fault-finding and maintain site reliability.

Operational Control: Oversee permits to work and ensure all logbooks and compliance documentation are audit-ready.
About You:

Qualified: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent) and 18th Edition.

Experienced: Proven background in electrical maintenance (Critical Environment experience is a plus).

Leader: Previous experience supervising a team or leading projects.
