Your new role

We are seeking a passionate teacher to join a welcoming primary school on a long-term supply basis, covering maternity leave until the end of the academic year. • Create a positive classroom culture where children feel safe, respected, and eager to learn
  • Differentiate effectively to meet a wide range of abilities and learning needs
  • Promote independence, resilience, and positive behaviour through consistent routines

  • A creative, caring teaching style with excellent classroom management skills
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
  • Availability to start in January and commit until the end of the academic year

What you'll get in return

  • Competitive pay rates that reflect your skills and responsibilities
  • Access to professional development and high-quality teaching resources
  • Streamlined systems to support workload and wellbeing
  • Ongoing guidance and support from your dedicated Hays consultant
  • A £250 reward for every qualified teacher you refer to us
