We’re seeking a Quality Systems & Data Specialist to take ownership of a site-wide Quality Management System, ensuring all documentation, processes and audits are fully compliant, controlled, and effective. This is a permanent, full-time role with excellent opportunities for career progression and impact.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead and maintain the full Quality Management System (QMS), including all policies, procedures, documents, and log sheets.

Manage internal audits across all departments from planning through to action close-out.

Maintain document control systems to ensure all records are accurate, reviewed, and fit for purpose.

Drive continuous improvement through robust action tracking, data analysis, and problem-solving.

Lead the Technical Services Team and promote a strong quality and compliance culture.

Ensure supplier approvals and specifications are maintained and compliant.

Support complaint investigations and implement effective corrective actions.

Oversee quality-related system inputs (e.g., Quantiv) and develop systems to meet evolving needs.

Maintain an effective traceability process that can be operated reliably at any time.

Support departments in data collation, documentation control, and adherence to schedules.

Compliance of supplier approvals and specifications
Requirements-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or a related quality environment

Strong knowledge of QMS, auditing, document control, and quality standards

Experience leading or guiding teams

Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement

Excellent communication skills, able to influence and drive compliance
-
Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to commute to Peterborough PE1 5BF
