Are you passionate about making a difference for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Would you like to join a thriving, diverse and supportive school community?
Hounslow Town Primary School is a large, 5 form entry school with over 1100 pupils, located in the heart of a vibrant and inclusive community. We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with funded SEND pupils, providing in-class support and small group interventions, as well as targeted 1:1 support to help each child reach their potential.

Key responsibilities:
Support pupils with SEND in lessons and through targeted interventions
Work 1:1 with children to help them overcome barriers to learning
Work collaboratively with teachers, the SENDCo, and parents/carers
Help nurture a positive, inclusive learning environment
