Role Overview: We are seeking a versatile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with Carpentry and Plumbing Experience to join their dynamic team. This role involves performing a variety planned and reactive general maintenance tasks, ensuring the highest standards of service for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and reactive plumbing maintenance tasks, including repairs, installations, and inspections.
- Utilise the CAFM System to manage and document all maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and repair a variety of maintenance issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and queries promptly.
- Participate in a mandatory on-call rota to provide emergency support.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
- Basic plumbing/electrical skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
