Summary

Multi-Licence Operative/ Forklift Driver

Location: NR6, Norwich

Full-Time | Permanent (Mon-Thur 5:45am - 3:00pm, Friday 5:45am – 01:15pm)

Anglian Home Improvements

We are seeking a Multi-Licensed Operative to join our team. This role is responsible for conducting centralised Forklift Truck and Side Loader operations, alongside a variety of activities across the production environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Operating Forklift Trucks, Side Loaders, and related equipment
• Managing stock control and counts
• Handling physical product receipts and inspections
• Ensuring correct storage placement and retrieval of goods
• Issuing goods internally and externally in a timely manner
• Rotating across different manufacturing operations as required

What We’re Looking For

• Counterbalance Fork Truck licence (essential)
• Reach / Side Loader / Multi-Directional Truck licence, Overhead Crane licence (desirable)
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures
• Awareness of risk assessment processes
• Understanding of inventory control processes
• IOSH General Certificate (desirable)
• Experience as a coach or mentor (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills
