Job Description Nelson Surgery are looking to recruit a reliable, enthusiastic, well-motivated GP receptionist to work as part of our reception team in supporting patients and clinical staff at the surgery. The role is part time(afternoons only 16 hours per week until 6:30pm every day Monday-Friday) with a view of adding additional hours and to cover sickness/holidays where needed. You will be the first point of contact for patients over the telephone and in person in reception, making appointments, care navigating patients to other appropriate services and dealing with all types of routine queries.
