Summary
Essential person specification requirements Level 2 in numeracy and literacy (or equivalent) Completed Care Certificate accredited by e-learning for healthcare – evidence of both theory and all practical elements of the skills for health 15 standards (training completed via e-learning only will not be accepted) Vocational Level 3 qualification in a Health-related subject regulated by OFQUAL For existing Mid Yorkshire staff evidence of Band 2 competency booklet completed Any new employees who can evidence competency of core clinical skills, as outlined above in the CSW /MSW Band 3 JD Experience of working in a Health and Social Care setting in a Band 2 role or equivalent
