Paint Sprayer / Prepper Polisher
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm!
Basic salary £35,000 - £39,000!

Sidcup Area
A well-run, consistently busy body shop is looking for skilled technicians to join its team – Monday - Friday hours, 8am–5pm, with no weekend work ever.
If you want strong pay, stable days, and a workshop that’s organised rather than chaotic, this is the kind of role that makes a real difference to work–life balance.
Paint Sprayer:
Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
£18ph (approx. £39,000 pa)
High-standard paint work on damaged vehicles
Paint mixing, colour checking, and spray-outs
Prep, priming, filler work, and plastic repairs
Oven and air-pressure setup
Quality checks and job card accuracy
Maintain paint rooms and use extraction at all times
Liaise with workshop teams and report issues
Prepper Polisher:
Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
£16ph (approx. £35,000 pa)
Prepare vehicles for paint
Complete de-nibbing and polishing
Work on vehicles pre- or post-refit
Liaise with workshop teams and report issues
Requirements:
Previous bodyshop experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow process and job cards
Confident working in a fast-paced workshop
