Human Resources Co-Ordinator
Full Time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary of between £27,000 per annum, plus monthly TRONC
Start date- January 2026
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and people focused HR Co-Ordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone
who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent support across the full employee lifecycle. You will play
a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, providing guidance to employees, and supporting managers with day-to-day HR
processes.
Who we are:
Swinton Estate is situated in the Yorkshire Dales and is one of the largest privately owned estates in England. Constantly
developing we boast Swinton Park, a luxury traditional castle hotel with 42 bedrooms, three holiday cottages and award winning
Samuel’s Restaurant; a luxurious country club and spa including the contemporary Terrace Restaurant; Swinton Bivouac a glamping
site with tree lodges, yurts and café, and last but by no means least the Swinton cookery school.
We are looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience in HR
* HRIS Proficiency
* Fundamental understanding of the employee lifecycle including onboarding experience
* Training co-ordination (desirable)
* Payroll processing (desirable)
* Ability to analyse key data and reporting (desirable)
